Athletic Development Programs
Johnson Sports Training’s Athletic Development programs are designed for all levels of athletes from Youth to Pro. The emphasis for all athletes is to improve their overall athleticism, speed, strength, and reduce any risk of injury to the player. Our individually customized programs start with a thorough evaluation identifying an athletes’ particular strengths and any weaknesses in conjunction with their age, sport, and level of competition. Then, using these parameters, we construct our athletes’ individually tailored, sports-specific training programs. The evaluations are invaluable in helping us clearly define training goals together with each athlete. JST programs are engineered to concentrate on the vital areas that give our athletes a definitive edge in their position, over their opponents, their team mates, and their competition.
